Global Medical Service (GMS) can provide assessment of needs including project advice in the field of Pre-hospital/hospital (incl. organizational) services and public health.
GMS’s unique capabilities involve determining the best strategy for clients and the formation of an action plan and setting up a training program.
In order to do this successfully, our philosophy is based on action and initiative rather then on passive response.
The assessment will be done in an OECD format, which will enable funding for your project, as well as, easing the donor process. An experienced co-worker holding a MPH and a MBA will supervise the assessment.
