Guidance in setting up a medical skill-centre (for civilian or evacuation and military medical staff). A medical skill-centre is a simulation centre used to improve medical skills by using OSCE Guidelines. The centre can and should be used for testing medical staff (doctors, nurses, paramedics, etc.). Assistance in the purchase of appropriate equipment (audio and visual equipment including "smart" manikins) for the practical skill-centre can be provided.
