First Aid Instructor Training
The First Aid Instructor Training teaches basic First Aid procedures on a high level. Successful completion of this course enables the student to become a First Aid instructor.

Curriculum:
Basic life support
Cardiac and trauma care
Efficacy of the dispatch service
Coordination of emergency services in multi-trauma accidents
Establishment of a quality assurance program

Medical Emergency Response Team 
The Medical Emergency Response Training prepares individuals to respond to more complex situations than just sudden cardiac arrest. The training will allow the course participant to deal with physical injuries, medical emergencies and sudden health problems.

Curriculum:
Basic Cardiac Life Support
CPR
Semi Automatic External Defibrillation
Advanced airway management
Intravenous access and fluid resuscitation
Bandaging and wound care
Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support
Participation requires basic experience in First Aid (after participation in a Basic Life Support course).  


Disaster Management Training
 
The training provides knowledge and training in the management of man made or natural disasters. The focus during the training will be on the treatment and logistics during a disaster involving many wounded and casualties. Disasters are very stressful and come without warning and in an unforeseen magnitude.

The course prepares the participants for this situation.

Curriculum:
Disaster Preparedness
Staff deployment and key players, communication obstacles
Population behavior
Dealing with stress
Preparedness and management in a Mass Casualty Incident
Preparing the company, factory, or public emergency workers to respond to every possible emergency

Practical exercises
The courses are conducted in-house and it is recommended that the participants go through the Basic Life Support Training.


ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Training
 
The training provides the knowledge and skills needed to evaluate and manage the first 5 - 10 minutes of a ventricular fibrillation or a ventricular tachycardia.

It further provides knowledge in cases of stroke, respiratory emergency, cardiac arrest and other pre-arrest emergencies.

Curriculum:
The first 10 minutes of an adult ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation
Different types of cardiac arrest
Pre-arrest emergencies like stable tachycardia, unstable tachycardia and acute coronary syndromes
Stroke

Intended Audience:
Emergency medical providers working in pre-hospital and intensive care, critical care departments, or emergency rooms. 


Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS)
The course in PHTLS is a specific course for pre-hospital emergency performed by healthcare professionals. The course exceeds traditional treatment modalities for specific injuries and is based on ATLS.

Intended Audience:
Emergency medical providers working in pre-hospital, hospital and/or intensive care , critical care departments or emergency rooms.


Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Curriculum:
The course goal is to enable the participant to recognize minors at risk for a cardio pulmonary arrest. 
Strategies needed to prevent a cardio pulmonary arrest in minors
Strengthening the practical skills and theoretical knowledge to resuscitate and stabilize minors during respiratory failure, shock and cardio pulmonary arrest (CPA)

Intended Audience:
Health care providers, nurses, paramedics, emergency personnel


Call Center/Dispatch Training
 
The training will improve the performance of your call operators and dispatchers in different areas.

The efficacy of your co-workers in the dispatch center is requiring a regularly updating in people skills, communications and working under pressure, as well as decision-making.

Listening skills
History taking

Customer care.
